Microarray Expression Data - Rapid Analysis Service

3 March 2009 - Fios Genomics has launched a new microarray expression data rapid analysis service. This provides a rapid and reliable analysis of data derived from commercially available (Affymetrix, Agilent, Illumina, Roche Nimblegen) gene expression arrays for any species. Biologically insightful results are provided in a simple, easy to understand report format containing data QA/QC summary, list(s) of differentially expressed genes and/or GO term and pathway enrichment analysis. Fios Genomics secures SMART Feasibility Award

17 November 2008 - Fios Genomics has been awarded a SMART Feasibility grant of £70,000 from the Scottish Government to develop a unique, proprietary suite of tools for the automated analyses and integration of large "omics" datasets from a variety of commercial and custom microarrays, SNP genotyping, and next generation sequencing platforms. This will allow for rapid processing and efficient analyses of complex high dimensional data, and thus enable Fios Genomics to offer a world-leading and unique service to the pharmaceutical industry; academia and contract research organizations.

Fios Genomics secures Innovation Support Grant

3 November 2008 - Fios Genomics has been awarded an Innovation Support Grant by Scottish Enterprise for the development of an automated web-based gene expression data analysis service.
