How do I get my data to you?

You will be issued with a username and password for our secure FTP site once your project has been agreed. To access the FTP site you will need a client that supports the FTPS protocol. Full instructions on how to obtain a client and access the FTP site can be found here.

How long will the analysis take?

Time scales for the analysis will be agreed with the client. The client will be kept informed of progress and, where possible, meetings will be arranged during the analysis process.
