Access Our Report: Analysis of TCR-sequencing data from TCGA

This report describes the analysis of a T-cell receptor sequencing (TCR-seq) data set, generated as part of a previously published study (Song et al., 2022, Cancer Immunol. Res.). The data set comprised immune receptor (TCR/BCR) repertoires from approximately ten thousand samples from The Cancer Genome Atlas and seven immunotherapy studies. In this report only the TCR-seq data is analysed.
