Access Our Report: Identifying immune cell types from PBMCs using the ScaleBio single-cell library technology

This report describes the analysis of single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) data generated by Concept Life Sciences using the ScaleBio technology for 18 samples of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) isolated from three donors. The objectives of this analysis were to:

• Identify immune cell clusters and perform automated annotation using established biomarkers
• Identify differentially expressed genes (DEGs) between treatments in certain cell populations
