Access Our Plasma Proteome Analysis Report of Mild and Severe COVID-19 Patients

This report describes the analysis of the publicly available mass-spectrometry proteomics data set from a previously published study (Suvarna et al., 2021, Front. Physiol.) which investigated changes in blood plasma proteome between healthy individuals and mild and severe positive COVID-19 patients.

The report also includes a metadata evaluation, along with quality control and pre-processing of proteomic abundance data (including filtering, normalisation, and imputation of missing values). It also incorporates a differential protein abundance analysis and a functional pathway analysis.
