This report presents the analysis of Broad Institute Cancer Cell Line Encyclopaedia (CCLE) data from the DepMap Public 23Q4 release. Skin cancer cell lines were analysed across expression, copy number and SNP data. The aim of this report was to identify genetic features that were significantly associated with BRAF gene dependency across the DepMap cancer cell lines in melanoma.
