Access our RNASeq Data Analysis Report

Our team has created a sample report featuring the analysis of an RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) data set, generated as part of a previously published study (Di Meglio et al., 2014, Immunity).

The data set comprised RNA sequencing profiles for a total of 84 samples generated from paired biopsies of lesional and non-lesional skin from eight psoriasis patients, and of healthy skin from five individuals unaffected by psoriasis. Twenty-one of these samples were selected for the analysis presented in this report. FASTQ files for these 21 samples were downloaded from the NCBI Sequence Read Archive (SRA).
