CRISPR Data Analysis Service

Our CRISPR data analysis service tells you exactly what your CRISPR generated data means in relation to your research question.
Without analysis, data is generally meaningless. Once you have CRISPR or CRISPR/Cas9 data, data analysis will give the raw data meaning, by translating the data into actionable information. For example, bioinformatics analysis of CRISPR data can enable the detection and annotation of Single-Nucleotide Polymorphisms (SNPs). This information can be useful for a variety of purposes such as making predictions about an individual’s risk of developing a certain disease or their susceptibility to a specific toxin.

CRISPR and Bioinformatics
CRISPR studies can benefit from bioinformatics expertise, no matter what stage they are at. When your end goal is generating CRISPR data that will be analysed via bioinformatics approaches, input from an expert bioinformatician helps produce robust results. Bioinformaticians can advise on everything from study design to the best analyses to reveal off-target effects.
CRISPR Data Analysis – Our Expertise
As a leading bioinformatics solutions provider, Fios Genomics can analyse various types of CRISPR-generated data, such as:
- Gene expression and GWAS data
- Epigenetics data
- Microbiome data
- Metabolomics data
- Proteomics data
What’s more, when you choose CRISPR data analysis from Fios, we can integrate your CRISPR data with other data types, to give an overall picture of what all the data generated by your research, is telling you. We can even integrate your data with public domain data. In fact, we can provide an overview of all the available public domain data which is relevant to your research question, and provide integrated analyses with your own data to further your research and inform next steps.
Our Previous CRISPR Analysis Projects
Some of our previous CRISPR analysis projects for clients include:
- Multivariate analysis across RNA-Seq and SNP/CNV data, alongside efficacy data from over 800 CRISPR screens
- Identification of sensitivities to CRISPR knockouts in cell lines of interest
- Analysing combinatorial CRISPRi screen data to investigate role of DNA Damage repair genes in cell lines
Also, you can learn more about some of our previous CRISPR projects on our client publications page.
Our CRISPR Data Analysis Service
Whether you have CRISPR data that you need analysis of, or you want to find all the public CRISPR datasets relevant to your research, we can help. So, Contact us now to tell us about your requirements. You can also view our sample bioinformatics report featuring CRISPR data, by completing the form on the bottom of this page.
Request a sample CRISPR data analysis report
This report describes the analysis of data from a publicly available genome-wide CRISPR-Cas9 knock-out screen performed in patient-derived glioblastoma (GBM) stem-like cells (GSCs) and untransformed human neural stem cells (NSCs) to identify genes that are essential for in vitro growth specifically in GSCs but not in NSCs after propagation for 23 days (Toledo et al., 2015, Cell Reports). The aim of this project was to identify GSCs-specific essential genes which may be suitable as therapeutic targets for GBM.
